Rowan Man, Guard, Member of Summer Court

Skelley is one of Keenan's guardsmen. He's described as thin like the Scrimshaw Sisters, and gentle. Donia notes Skelley wept over the guards she'd frozen when Keenan refused to withdraw them. In spite of this, he continues to take his turn as her guardsmen.

After Beira kills Agatha in front of Donia, Evan offers his help to the Winter Girl. He sends Skelley with a message to Keenan, letting him know Donia needs to see him. In the morning, when Donia realizes Keenan hasn't answered her message, she learns from Evan that Skelley had gone to Keenan's loft only to learn he'd gone to the carnival with Aislinn. Skelley sent another guard to find Keenan, but Keenan was "preoccupied with the new queen" and wouldn't allow the guard to deliver the message.

Donia then asks Evan to send Skelley again, this time with the message she needed Keenan to come now. This time, Skelley is successful.

Rowan men are described as having grey-brown skin, dark green leafy hair and bright red eyes. When they move, it sounds, faintly, like the rustle of leaves.
