Sheila is a student at Bishop OC and is (at least) a friend of Carla's. Carla learns from Sheila about the new student arriving at their school. As Carla explains to Leslie, Rianne and Aislinn, Sheila was in Father Edwin's office when she saw the new student come in to be registered for classes. Sheila calls him a "hi-cal dessert."

It will be revealed this new student is Keenan.
