Liseli was Keenan's third Winter Girl.

All of the Winter Girls lived in the same house, so Donia knows of them and has some of their possessions. Liseli made sandstone carvings of animals, some she either left behind or gave to Donia. One of these is specifically mentioned; a bear fetish. Like the prior Winter Girl, Rika, Donia knows Liseli, because she returns to visit both Keenan and Donia from time to time; something that annoys Beira.

Since being freed from the burden of carrying's Beira's cold, Liseli's wandered the world -- often choosing desert regions where there was no chance of seeing Beira or her ilk. Every few years she returns, reminding Donia that the cold wouldn't last forever, no matter how many times it seems as if it would.

In addition to the sandstone carvings, Liseli left clothes for Donia to use. In the process of helping Aislinn gain even ground with Keenan from which to bargain, Donia helps her dress to confront him in Rath and Ruins. As she sorts through clothes, Donia finds a crimson bustier that Liseli had told Donia she'd worn to the Solstice Ball, the year after Liseli had become Winter Girl.

'"He wept tears of sunlight," Liseli told Donia. "Show him what he can never have."'

Donia had never been able to be so callous toward Keenan, but she wanted to.
