Glenn is one of Seth's friends. He's described as having lots of "bars" (piercings) on his face. He stops Aislinn on her way to see Seth, just outside the Crow's Nest, a grungy bar near Seth's home. Glenn asks her to let Seth know his speakers are in.

He also warns her about taking a short cut through an alley next to the bar -- adding "Seth's not good with you going through there." Since Ash is running from her first encounter with Keenan, she knows that the more dangerous thing is the wolf fey at her feet, not the men smoking in the alley, but she doesn't continue down the alley.
